The contact form collects your name, business, email, optional city and website, and the message you submit. Jose Velazquez uses these details to respond and coordinate a potential project.

Submissions are stored privately with the website’s hosting infrastructure and are accessible through an owner-only inquiry manager. If email forwarding is enabled, the submission is also processed by FormSubmit to deliver a notification to jose_velazq@icloud.com. The form does not add you to a marketing mailing list.

Please do not include passwords, payment details, or confidential client materials in an initial inquiry. Share only the information needed to discuss your project.
